The Sumner Hotel London

The Sumner Hotel in London exceeded my expectations. Excellent location near Marble Arch and Edgware Road. Clean room with provided amenities. Prompt and freshly made tea/coffee. Cozy and quaint hotel with friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful after 9pm. Really good service from the staff.

The location of the hotel was superb, just a stone's throw away from Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. The hotel also offered a wide range of breakfast options, including fresh fruit. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and value.

I had a great stay here recently. The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. The staff were amazing and provided excellent room service and housekeeping. The room amenities were very good with everything I needed including mini-bar and clothes ironing facilities. The dining breakfast was perfect for a busy morning and the staff were very helpful in accommodating my requests. The leisure/TV room was also an added bonus with great Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Sumner Hotel is amazing location near Marble Arch tube station, making it convenient for exploring this city. The hotel facilities are great, with a cozy and quaint atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a great selection to start the day, and the shower in the bathroom was one of the best I've used in Europe so far.

Lovely townhouse on quiet street. Great breakfast, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Safe neighborhood. Close to attractions like Wallace Collection, Marble Arch, Hyde Park, and Oxford St shopping.

I recently stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location just a stone's throw away from Hyde Park. The hotel was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that London has to offer. The room was small but comfortable, with a lovely shower in the well-kept bathroom. The staff were attentive and went the extra mile to accommodate dietary needs during breakfast. I also appreciated the cozy lobby area and the convenient access to Marble Arch underground station.

The layout of the rooms was a bit awkward, requiring the use of both an elevator and stairs to reach the room.

Convenient location just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. Comfortable rooms with nice showers and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the dining area.

Lacking in-room tea/coffee making facilities. Some maintenance issues in the bathroom and common areas.
